Enterprise Business Development Representative 

  • We are looking for energetic, creative and high-output sales people who truly want to make an impact! You will be part of an Enterprise Sales Team and as part of that team partner closely with an Enterprise Account Executive to prospect into a robust account based territory. Your prospecting activities will be heavily phone, e-mail and social media focused. Creativity is a must! You will ‘eat your own dog food’ and use Velocify software to maximize your prospecting results. 

    This role is ideal for those who want to make selling their career, learn from some of the brightest minds in the sales industry and help make a meaningful impact on what is a truly special company. Candidates must have above average telephone prospecting skills, be tech savvy and familiar with internet software.  We are looking for people that have a passion to:

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Heavy Hitter! An aggressive prospecting approach with a high number of targeted daily outbound dials and emails
    • Identifying and creating new pre-qualified leads into targeted enterprise accounts
    • Relentless in asking probing questions to profile prospects and understand their business 
    • Overcoming objections to generate quality pre-qualified opportunities
    • Conducting business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
    • Being a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
    • Engaging in "multi-channel" follow-up -- help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
    • Maintaining active communication with leads by sending timely targeted materials with an Account Based Selling approach
    • Conducting high-level conversations with Senior Executives

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED: 

    • Must be able to work full-time out of our El Segundo headquarters
    • Minimum of 1 year of previous inside prospecting, telemarketing, appointment setting and/or sales experience
    • Clear communications skills with excellent phone etiquette
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills (Friendly, Outgoing Personality)
    • High energy
    • Highly competitive and resourceful
    • GRIT - Perseverance and the ability to overcome challenges
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
    • Quick learner

    STRONGLY PREFERRED: 

    • Previous software sales experience, ideally with SaaS based software companies
    • Experience in collaborating with mid-market or enterprise Account Executives in finding new sales opportunities
    • Skilled at opening doors in Fortune 500 companies
    • Experience with Salesforce.com or other current CRM systems
    • Experience with LinkedIn
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment
    • Excellent time management skills and strong organizational skills
    • Able to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communication
    • College degree
