What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced, hungry Business Development role to help lead our revenue strategy as we grow. This role will work directly with company leadership to build and implement strategic revenue growth across new business initiatives, including licensing and syndication, original content sales and the development of new revenue products.

  •  Focus on syndication, distribution and licensing revenue opportunities. Initiate, negotiate, close, and manage deals across the ATTN: network.

  • Develop strategic revenue opportunities and products against our brand partnerships and reach.

  • Manage strategy and operations for our video distribution team: forecast revenue, vet all partners, structure and negotiate deals.

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of Business Development or Corporate Development experience, preferably in the media space.
  • Understanding of syndication and licensing as a business.

  • Proven track record of leading growth of non-ad reliant revenue streams.

  • Strong negotiator with experience structuring deals with outside partners.

  • Rolodex of partners to work with across all facets of our business.

  • Total team player with real leadership and vision around revenue growth.

  • Hungry, hard-working and excited to be part of a fast-growing startup.
