Business Support Specialist at Snap

We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for various aspects of self-serve advertising on our platform involving account creation, management, and ad campaign troubleshooting. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with our Sales team and other key stakeholders to field queries that include optimization, account support, product queries, and payment issues.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide excellent email support to Business users on the self-serve platform
  • Troubleshoot targeting, reporting, and live ad campaigns
  • Prioritize and respond to inquiries submitted by our Sales team
  • Serve as an expert regarding creative and legal guidelines for our ad products, such as Snap Ads and On-Demand Geofilters
  • Handle account, payment, and general queries

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of B2B experience
  • Experience within the digital online advertising ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of ad targeting and performance optimization
  • Experience working with ad networks, brand, and performance advertisers
  • Meticulous attention to detail, as well as an understanding of mobile advertising delivery processes
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
  • Flexibility to work any assigned shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends
  • Data/Analytics familiarity with knowledge of Excel proficiency
  • Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters
  • Passion for Snapchat, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
